    This book gives a fantastic insight into the complexity and challenge faced by the Police, Intelligence Services and Government of the UK in dealing with terrorist atrocities that have occurred and also been successfully avoided in the UK. It is explained in some depth how politics and operational policing can easily become merged and the problems and challenges this causes for senior officers within the Police. It gives you a real understanding of the work and commitment that everyone puts in to protecting the UK from the senior officers to those on he front line. Great read, couldn't put it down!
